Algorithm Development and Implementation SW Engineer
Quantum Art, a full stack quantum computing company, develops state of the art quantum computing systems based on trapped ions technology (both hardware and software).
As part of our mission, our team builds our quantum processing units (QPUs), develops novel quantum gates and circuits, and implements new algorithms capable of solving hard computational tasks, beyond current classical computational abilities.
We are looking for an excellent, skillful Algorithm Development and Implementation SW Engineer to join our Theory and Algorithms group.
Job description
Develop state-of-the-art software to process, optimize and control the company’s quantum computing systems.
The work involves development and implementation of algorithms that optimize, compile and process quantum computing tasks, and deploying them to quantum hardware. Furthermore, simulating and benchmarking the performance of quantum computing hardware. As the work is situated at the intersection of quantum hardware and applications it involves a constant interaction with both teams.
